HOW MANY TIMES CAN I WEAR EACH PAIR OF LASHES?

With proper care, these lashes can be worn up to 20-30 times!

HOW DO I CARE FOR THE LASHES TO MAKE THEM LAST?

Always store them in their beautiful home, their box! Make sure to place them in the middle of the case so they maintain their curl. This will keep the shape and ensure they are dust free. Don't ever sleep with them on and avoid getting them wet. When there is visible build up of magnetic eyeliner on the eyelash magnets CAREFULLY wipe away any build up of magnetic eyeliner. This does not need to be done after each use, it will weaken the band. It only needs to be done approximately every 5-10 uses. Doing this step too often or too harshly may result in tearing the band. Do not apply mascara to the lashes. If you choose to apply mascara, do it before you apply the lashes.

HOW DO I APPLY THE MAGNETIC EYELINER + LASHES?

Once your makeup is complete- add the magnetic eyeliner + magnetic lashes as a final step.

1. Shake the magnetic eyeliner bottle.

2. Simply apply the magnetic eyeliner 2-3 times. Allow to dry between each pass.

3. Once magnetic eyeliner is dry, apply lashes to the eyeliner.

HOW DO I REMOVE THEM?

It's just as easy to remove the lashes as it was to put them on.

1. Gently pull the edge of the band starting from the outer corner of your eye, moving towards the inner eye, and pull off! 

2. Then simply use makeup remover to remove magnetic eyeliner.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY ORDERS BE SHIPPED?

Your Bold & Beautifully You monthly subscription will be sent out every 30 days. Your first refill shipment will ship 30 days from your original ship date.

WHAT SAVINGS DO I GET FOR SIGNING UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION?

You will receive 20% off any Single or Duo Bundles and 30% off a Trio Bundle on your initial order and 15% off every additional shipment.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Subscriptions can be managed online in your account.

To modify your subscription:

  1. Log into your Bold & Beautifully You account and click "Manage Your Subscription"
  2. Under the "Your Subscriptions" tab click on "Manage" and scroll down to "Cancel Subscription". 

Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You are eligible to cancel your subscription after your second charge/delivery, however, if a subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.

HOW DO I SKIP MY MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Something came up where you haven't had a chance to try out your amazing magnetic eyeliner + lashes yet, no worries! You can easily skip a shipment in your account online, or contact us and we'll help you skip a future subscription shipment.

To skip your subscription:

  1. Log into your Bold & Beautifully You account and click "Manage Your Subscription"
  2. Under the "Manage" tab click on "Upcoming Subscriptions" and you can simply select the shipment that you would like to skip.

Please note: Orders are processed immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however if an subscription order has already been processed that shipment will be shipped and billed to you accordingly and your subscription will be cancelled for all future shipments.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

You’ll be billed when your Bold & Beautifully You subscription shipment ships monthly.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY LASH SUBSCRIPTION ONCE RECEIVED?

Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box as well as the items that arrived damaged to support@boldandbeautifullyyou.com and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION?

If you need to update your payment information for your subscription you can easily manage this in your account online.

To modify your subscription payment information:

  1. Log into your Bold & Beautifully You account and click "Manage Your Subscription"
  2. Under the "Manage" tab you can select "View/Update Card" and update your card there.  Please note this will update your payment information for future and pending shipments.
